• Access 24/7 online and mobile banking services

The Company provides secure digital banking infrastructure. Users maintain full control of their funds and may withdraw subject to applicable terms.

3 ELIGIBILITY

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws

4 ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

You may close your account at any time.

5 WEALTH BUILDER OPTIONS

The Platform offers managed Wealth Builder options (“Options”) that users can subscribe to using funds from their account wallet. Each Option displays its terms, including minimum subscription amount, duration, and daily return rate.

Options earn a return on investment (“ROI”) that is credited to the user’s account daily until the Option reaches maturity, at which point earnings are settled in accordance with the Option terms.

6 FEES AND CHARGES

Any applicable transaction fees, withdrawal fees, or service charges are displayed clearly before you confirm a transaction.

The Company does not apply hidden fees. By completing a transaction, you agree to the fees and charges shown at the time of confirmation.

7 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate with payment processors and financial service providers to process deposits, withdrawals, and transactions. Where applicable, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, branding, technology, analytics, and content available on the Platform are the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9 ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to:

• Interfere with Platform functionality
